01 AGREEMENT OVERVIEW
PAC Products/PAC provides digital scripts, resources, and development products intended for use within the FiveM and Cfx.re ecosystem.
These Terms apply to all purchases made through our official storefront, including products delivered through Tebex, Cfx.re Keymaster, or any other approved delivery method used by PAC Products/PAC.
By completing a purchase or using one of our products, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules described in this agreement.
02 LICENSE RIGHTS AND PRODUCT OWNERSHIP
All PAC Products/PAC scripts are provided under a license. They are not sold as ownership transfers.
When you purchase a script, you receive permission to use that product under the conditions of the license. This license is limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable unless PAC Products/PAC clearly states otherwise in writing.
The license is tied to the Cfx.re account, Tebex account, or purchase account used during the transaction.
You may not:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, unpack, decode, or attempt to extract protected source code.

Modify protected files unless modification is specifically allowed.

Share, leak, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the script.

Upload the product to public repositories, file-sharing websites, Discord servers, or third-party marketplaces.

Attempt to bypass licensing, encryption, authentication, escrow, or security systems.

Claim PAC Products/PAC scripts, assets, code, branding, or documentation as your own work.
Any violation of these licensing rules may result in license removal, loss of access to updates, denial of support, account restrictions, and any additional action available through Tebex, Cfx.re, or other applicable platforms.
03 About PAC Products/PAC
PAC Products operates under Project: Andromeda Community (PAC) as its digital product and development division.
PAC Products/PAC creates, licenses, maintains, and supports digital entertainment products, including FiveM scripts, server resources, development tools, and related digital assets.
Transactions may be completed through our official storefront provider, and eligible products may be delivered through Cfx.re Keymaster, Tebex, or another approved platform connected to your purchase.
04 PRODUCT ACCESS & DELIVERY
After a successful purchase, eligible products are delivered through the supported delivery method listed for that product. This may include Cfx.re Keymaster, Tebex, your purchase account, or another official PAC Products/PAC distribution method.
Delivery usually begins once payment has been confirmed by the payment processor.
You are responsible for making sure:

You are logged into the correct account before purchasing.

Your Cfx.re account information is accurate.

Your server setup meets the product requirements.
-
You read and follow the official documentation.
-
You understand what the product does before completing your purchase.
PAC Products/PAC is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect account information, third-party platform outages, payment review delays, or user error.
05 REFUND ELIGIBILITY
PAC Products/PAC may offer a refund window of up to 72 hours from the original purchase time, depending on the product and situation.
Refunds are generally only considered when:

The product has a confirmed issue.

The issue can be tested, reproduced, or verified.

PAC Products/PAC is unable to provide a reasonable fix or solution.

The customer has cooperated with basic troubleshooting steps.
Refunds are generally not provided for:

Buyer’s remorse.
-
Accidental purchases.
-
Failure to read the product description.
-
Lack of installation knowledge.
-
Incompatibility with custom frameworks or third-party resources.
-
Subscription-based products.
-
Cryptocurrency payments.
-
Products that have been transferred, leaked, modified, abused, or misused.
Abusing the refund process, including requesting a refund while continuing to use the product, filing dishonest claims, or attempting chargeback fraud, may result in license termination, support denial, account restrictions, and further action where appropriate.
06 TRANSFER & GIFTED PRODUCTS
If PAC Products/PAC allows a product to be transferred or gifted, the transfer is final once completed.
After a product has been moved to another Cfx.re account, PAC Products/PAC is not required to reverse the transfer, recover access, or move the product again.
Customers are responsible for checking that all recipient account information is correct before requesting or completing a transfer.
PAC Products/PAC may deny transfer requests if there is evidence of fraud, resale, abuse, account sharing, license misuse, or violation of these Terms.
07 UPDATES, FIXES & SUPPORT
Purchases may include access to future updates for the purchased product unless the product page, storefront, or official notice states otherwise.
Updates may include bug fixes, improvements, compatibility adjustments, security patches, or new features at the discretion of PAC Products/PAC.
Support is generally limited to product-related issues and confirmed bugs. PAC Products/PAC may provide documentation to help users install and configure products, but we are not required to provide full installation services, custom server setup, framework conversion, or third-party resource troubleshooting.
Support may be limited or denied if:

The product has been modified.

The issue is caused by third-party scripts, frameworks, or server resources.

The customer refuses to follow troubleshooting instructions.

The customer cannot verify a valid license.
-
The product is being used outside its intended purpose.
-
The customer is abusive, disrespectful, threatening, or violates support/community rules.
08 CONSUMER RESPOSIBILITIES
By purchasing or using PAC Products/PAC scripts, you agree to use them responsibly and within their intended purpose.
You are responsible for:

Reading product descriptions before purchase.

Reviewing documentation and setup requirements.
-
Keeping backups of your server files.
-
Testing scripts safely before using them on a live server.
-
Making sure your framework and server setup are compatible.
-
Keeping your license, account, and login details secure.
-
Using the product in a lawful and respectful way.
PAC Products/PAC is not responsible for server downtime, data loss, broken configurations, resource conflicts, installation errors, or damage caused by third-party modifications, unsupported edits, or improper setup.
09 LICENSE SUSPENTION / TERMINATION
PAC Products/PAC reserves the right to suspend, revoke, restrict, or permanently terminate access to a license, product, service, or support channel if a customer violates these Terms.
Access may be removed for reasons including, but not limited to:

Leaking, sharing, or redistributing protected files.

Attempting to bypass licensing or security systems.
-
Reselling or transferring products without permission.
-
Chargeback abuse or payment fraud.
-
Harassment, threats, spam, or abusive behavior toward staff or community members.

Misuse of support systems.
-
Violation of Tebex, Cfx.re, Discord, or PAC Products/PAC rules.
-
Any action that harms PAC Products/PAC, its customers, staff, storefront, or digital products.
If your access is terminated because of a Terms violation, you are not entitled to a refund.
10 TERMS UPDATE POLICY
PAC Products/PAC may revise, update, or replace these Terms when necessary.
The version that applies to a purchase is generally the version in effect at the time the purchase was completed. Continued use of PAC Products/PAC products, services, storefronts, licenses, or support channels after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised version.
Customers are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed about any changes.
