01 ACCOUNT SECURITY & USER ACCESS
If you create an account with PAC Products/PAC, you are responsible for protecting your login credentials and keeping your account information secure.
You agree not to share your username, password, license access, or account details with anyone else. Any activity that occurs under your account may be treated as your responsibility, whether the activity was authorized by you or not.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you should contact PAC Products/PAC support as soon as possible.
02 PROPER USAGE AND COMMUNITY STANDARDS
You agree to use PAC Products/PAC services, products, storefronts, and support channels in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner.
You may not:

Use our services or products to violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights.

Upload, send, distribute, or attempt to use malware, viruses, exploits, backdoors, or harmful code.

Attempt to bypass, disable, tamper with, or interfere with security systems, licensing protections, authentication tools, or access restrictions.

Abuse, harass, threaten, spam, or disrespect PAC Products/PAC staff, customers, community members, or support representatives.

Engage in toxic or disruptive behavior on any related platform, including Discord, social media, email, ticket systems, or storefront communication channels.
Violations of these standards may result in removal of support access, account restrictions, license suspension, or a permanent ban from PAC Products/PAC services.
03 OWNERSHIP & BRAND MATERIAL
All content, materials, and digital assets provided by PAC Products/PAC remain the property of PAC Products/PAC unless otherwise stated.
This may include, but is not limited to:

Images
-
Website content
-
Brand assets
-
Product names
-
Documentation
-
Scripts
-
Code

Design elements

Digital resources
You may not copy, reuse, modify, distribute, resell, upload, or claim ownership of PAC Products/PAC content or assets without written permission.
Purchasing or accessing a PAC Products/PAC product does not give you ownership of the product, source code, branding, website materials, or intellectual property.
04 DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY PRACTICES
PAC Products/PAC may collect and use certain information as needed to operate our services, process transactions, verify accounts, manage licenses, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.
This information may include account details, purchase records, license data, contact information, support messages, and technical information needed for verification or troubleshooting.
All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. PAC Products/PAC only collects information that is reasonably necessary for purchases, account management, support, security, licensing, or business operations.
05 PRODUCT RISH & LIABILITY LIMITS
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PAC Products/PAC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages connected to the use of our products, scripts, services, website, storefront, or support channels.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Issues caused by third-party modifications, frameworks, or server setups
All scripts, digital products, and resources are provided as-is. PAC Products/PAC does not guarantee compatibility with every framework, third-party resource, custom modification, hosting environment, server configuration, or future platform update.
06 REVISION TO THESE TERMS
PAC Products/PAC may update, edit, or replace these Terms of Use when necessary.
When updated terms are posted or made available, continued use of PAC Products/PAC products, services, storefronts, licenses, accounts, or support channels means you accept the revised version.
Customers are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
07 ACCESS REMOVAL & ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS
PAC Products/PAC may suspend, restrict, block, ban, or terminate access to our products, licenses, storefront, support channels, or services if a user violates these Terms.
If your access is removed due to a violation, you may lose access to:

Product downloads
-
Updates
-
Support services
-
Community spaces
-
Future purchases
If a ban or termination occurs because of a Terms violation, no refund is guaranteed.
Severe violations, including harassment, leaking products, bypassing license systems, fraud, chargeback abuse, or redistributing protected files, may result in permanent removal from PAC Products/PAC services.
